Learning activities help to develop imagination, fantasy, and creativity, and are aimed at collaboration within the team and improving listening and communication among employees.
Some of the initiatives we propose are the Lego Challenge, a competition in which each team has to win challenges through the use of the famous colored bricks; the Drum Circle, in which the team has the opportunity to play as if in a rhythmic orchestra, developing empathy and a sense of rhythm; the Big Domino Rally, a challenge to build the longest domino effect possible using a variety of objects; or Pasta Building, a competition in which each team, following a specific project and within a set time, builds objects with various pasta shapes.
