San Teodoro & Puntaldia

The north-eastern coast of Sardinia never ceases to amaze: in front of the waters of the marine area of Tavolara Capo Coda Cavallo, there is a splendid tongue of sand in the middle of the turquoise sea, an enchanted place. The cove opens up in front of the imposing profile of the island of Tavolara with a backdrop of fine sand with brilliant reflections, shallow and transparent waters and rocks smoothed by the wind. Puntaldìa, whose name – sighting or guard point – reveals the strategic importance of the locality, is the northern end of the Cinta and represents the continuation of the beach-symbol of San Teodoro.
