After lunch a bus and a local guide were at disposal of the guests for a guided tour of the city that gave them a general overview from different panoramic points before going back to the harbour and get on the ship again to continue the cruise.

For the Czechdelegation of Astellas Pharma we organized and coordinated transfer from and to Cagliari Elmas airport. We made a program for excursions and dinners outside the hotel as well. On the first day guests enjoyed a bike tour: they left the Forte Village Resort with mountain bikes to reach, after 30 minutes, the archaeological site of Nora ruins. They visited the site with a professional guide. The second day was dedicated to sea excursions: they did a real regatta with 8 sailing boats and a jury. After the regatta they did a small tour of the best beaches near the Forte Village and then they had lunch on board in a wonderful bay. The last excursion was a tour of Cagliari, ended with a dinner at the Bastione di St. Remy. The most important moment of this event has been the dinner organized at the Lighthouse on the coast with a breathtaking view on the sea and an unforgettable panorama. .

A small VIP group requested 24/7 assistance for the organization of two days holidays dedicated to the Audi Med Cup Regatta sight. We handled the coordination of luxury minivans transfers for all days of the event and we privatized a luxury motor boat for two days. Fresh fish based lunches were served on board with different menu every day and everything was highly appreciated by the guests.

Colonna Beach Hotel & Resort and Pevero Golf Club in Porto Cervo have been honoured by the final world Golf Audi cup, called Audi Quattro Cup World Final 2010, celebrating the 20th year of this event. There were 53 countries arriving from all over the world taking part to this event. Transfer service from and to the airport was done through the Audi shuttle service with the help of our staff who gave assistance to arriving guests giving them information about their car and more. We organized and coordinated the hospitality desk at the hotel and at the Pevero Golf Club with multilingual hostesses. The opening ceremony took place at the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, with a dinner buffet on wonderful terrace, with lots of flowers and fireworks. A big final shot and the projection of number 20 in the sky opened the competition. The second dinner took place at a famous and renowned restaurant in Porto Cervo. The third evening instead was spent in a wine cellar close to Arzachena, with typical Sardinian dishes with the suckling pig cooked in front of the guests. Before the dinner they showed a grape harvest simulation and the grape squashing with a presentation of wines that have been served during the dinner. On the last day, a final gala dinner was organized at the hotel for the final awarding ceremony. Guests used the shuttle service every day from the hotel to the Pevero Golf Club where they had buffet lunch every day at the Pevero Club House. Moreover we organized an alternative program for the non golfers with an excursion at La Maddalena on a private boat, with a guided tour of the island and shopping time. An unforgettable lunch in the floating restaurant in front of Santo Stefano Island. Partners participated to the Audi driving experience with a lunch near the Piazzetta of Porto Cervo.

The goal of this event was very clear and simple since the beginning: discover Sardinia, its traditions, its territory and the delicacies of local gastronomy. The first step has been the organisation of a team building activity in the middle of nature. The area of the games was enriched with some exhibitions of local craftsmen showing their abilities in making typical objects and products from raw materials. Afterwards lunch was served in a local restaurant in the nearby. The day after was dedicated to outdoor sport activities. We organized excursions like mountain biking and golf and our German speaking hostesses coordinated together with instructors all the activities. The last evening has been the icing on the cake. We organized a dinner in a superb restaurant in the middle of a wide vineyard and some special moments occurred during this evening. On their arrival guests have been welcomed by a group of folk dancers and players who also performed some typical Sardinian songs and dances. During the dinner the show of the lookalike of the famous Italian singer Adriano Celentano cheered up all the guests with his most well knownsongs. A fireworks show ended the dinner and let the evening continue with a DJ set for a couple of hours. This is for sure a trip that all guest will remember with great pleasure!

An event that gathered together managers from different countries. It couldn’t start better than this: an aperitif served at sunset in a unique location. An ancient lighthouse, still working and completely renewed and refurbished, located on the top of a cliff with a stunning sea view! The ideal place to get together in a relaxed atmosphere and chat. The rich buffet dinner that followed in the garden ended in the best possible way this first approach with Sardinia. The following day, after a few hours of meeting at the hotel, the group has been transferred to the beach of Chia for a team building activity. Identified by different colours the teams had to face each other on various games; some of them really funny and some others a bit hard…especially under the hot summer sun of Sardinia. But fresh and energetic drinks as well as sandwiches and fruits were always available for our athletes during the activities! The event has been closed by an elegant gala dinner served in one of the restaurants of the Forte Village Resort.

For this prestigious Swiss client we have been in charge, starting from a few months before the event, to provide all necessary authorisations and permissions for the special evenings that they wished to organize. We have then presented all projects and documents to local authorities to obtain the papers and also contacted all local suppliers needed to smoothly set up and dismantle the sets of the two venues chosen; we also managed all logistics for specialized technicians working on the realization of these impressive sceneries. But in the end the efforts of everybody lead to a big success of this event. The first evening took place in a wonderful Resort surrounded by vineyards and with a stunning view on the coast. Gala dinner on the panoramic terrace, exclusive show of a famous illusionist and then a big party with open bar and DJ set by international artists. The second and closing evening has been organized on one of the best beaches of all Southern Sardinia and in part exclusively reserved only for our clients. A Beach party liven up by good music, live exhibitions of artists, dancers and even stilt walkers. All of this only a few steps from the sea that created a natural framework to this magic night.

For the clients of this group, all coming from France, we organized some excursions that let them discover different aspects of Sardinia. The first day was dedicated to our beautiful sea and on board of three schooners our clients sailed along the “Costa del Sud” and reached the beautiful area of Tuerredda where they had the possibility to disembark and reach by zodiacs the beach. After lunch, served on board, they set course for the hotel again enjoying the landscape along the coast. The day after, divided in teams, they decided to discover the inland. On board of comfortable 4X4 vehicles the teams had to follow off road paths and found the Mediterranean plants showed in the Road Books they were given at departure. In the end they reached the archaeological site of Nora where our local guides showed them an important evidence of the history of Sardinia. After all this efforts a generous snack with some typical products and local wine has been served in a natural park, surrounded by centuries-old trees. The last day was then dedicated to the visit of Cagliari, our regional capital. As perfect ending of the event we organized an elegant dinner, served in a restaurant surrounded by a wide vineyard, during which the winning teams of the team building have been awarded with rich prizes. The evening ended with a few hours of music entertainment by a DJ.

Unfortunately rain let us change our plans last minute and everything was arranged inside the resort in the end.

The Palomar event took place in the new and beautiful hotel in Olbia, the Double Tree of the illustrious Hilton chain. Guests arrived from all over the world and they enjoyed a very nice program. They had two dinners outside the hotel. The first one in a restaurant located in the main square of Porto Rotondo facing the sea, during which a solo piano player accompanied the whole dinner with contemporary classic music. The second dinner took place in Pittulongu, a beach with a breathtaking view on the Tavolara island. They served the welcome cocktail on the beach and then the did the dinner inside with an excellent music background played by Blissound duo, who played live music entertaining guests and dancing until late. For the Palomar we organized and coordinated transfer services for dinners and some shuttles from and to Olbia Costa Smeralda airport.

We managed all transfer from and to Cagliari Elmas airport. We got all the permissions from the local authorities for the exclusive use of one of the best Sardinian beaches in a protected area. The group used that area for the creation of sand sculptures: a team building activity in which the employees had to reproduce the most famous Italian monuments like Colosseo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. The prizes for the competition were Sardinian products packages while some special gifts were given to the company management.

The Space Cinema 
July – August 2010
A famous cinema chain changed its name and its corporate image and involved us for the launch of the new brand all over the city of Cagliari. We handled the promotion and advertising campaign with the constant cooperation of two promoters. They hung out at the most lively places in the city such us beach kiosks, concerts hall distributing advertising material and discount fliers.

TUI Travelstar

We had the pleasure to organize a small tour of Sardinia for Tui Travel. The tour started with a visit of the Costa Smeralda, followed by Nuoro and Orgosolo with a unique lunch with the shepherds. An archeological tour of Gallura with lunch in a farm house an wine tasting in a famous Wine cellar near Arzachena.

U.S. Polo Global Meeting
2 - 6 June 2010 – 80 pax
We handled the organizing secretariat of the U.S. Polo, following the hotel bookings, the organization and coordination of transfers from and to Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and Colonna Beach. Among all the services, we supplied airport assistance, we coordinated the shipping of all the conference material, we organized a vintage shooner transfer from and to the floating restaurant located in front of Santo Stefano island, part of La Maddalenaarchipel, with a special evening accompanied by live music of a solo guitar. 

UCA Insurances

The group flew to Sardinia by a charter flight provided by Fa Travel. Our assistants welcomed our guests and during the transfer from Cagliari Elmas airport to the Forte Village they gave them general information about Sardinia. Each participant got a welcome present in his room: typical Sardinian products

Versicherung und Finanzmanagement

For the VFM company we managed the Petra Bianca Hotel bookings, we organized transfer services from and to Olbia Costa Smeralda airport. Moreover, we offered them also a social program with a dinner at a farmhouse, a wine tasting at a famous vineyard and an excursion at La Maddalena on a vintage shooner with guided visit of the island, aperitif and snack.

On the occasion of this corporate event we handled the organization and coordination of transfers from and to Cagliari Elmas airport.

Vision Service 
30 April - 3 May 2010 – 220 pax
We organized transfers from and to Cagliari Elmas airport and during all days of the event with Fa Travel supervisors, always at disposal at the airport and at the hotel. An half day was dedicated to the tour of the near archaeological area of Nora.

Volkswagen Sweden 
10-11 November 2010 – 200 pax
For the Swedish delegation of Volkswagen we did the reservation for the exclusive use of the Sighientu Life Hotel & Spa. We organized a gala dinner for the first evening in one of the most exclusive location in Cagliari and a guided tour of the city with English speaking guides. Before going to the airport guests were taken to an elegant wine bar & shop in the city centre for a wine tasting of 3 typical Sardinian wines: Torbato, Vernaccia and Cannonau, accompanied by a rich buffet of salami, cheeses, vegetables, bread and more.

Wind
23 - 26 June 2010 – 150 pax
We organized and coordinated transfer services from and to Cagliari Elmas airport and Forte Village Resort with multilingual local staff for the Wind event 2010.

Renault Vip Group
4 – 9 September 2010 – 1 pax
For this VIP Slovenian delegation of Renault we organized transfer services to and from Cagliari Elmas airport and an off road experience with jeeps and motocross. Guests left Forte Village with jeeps driven by expert drivers and they reached the starting point of the off road experience where they found the motorcycles. From that point some guests followed the route with motorcycles and the other part of the group continued with jeeps. The meeting point for the whole group was a farm house where we organized a lunch with shepherds, who cooked the suckling pig in front of the guests. On the day after guests should have done an excursion by sailing yachts that unfortunately didn’t take place because of sea conditions. As back up program, we organized a guided tour of Cagliari city centre.
